Minimum Application Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

• ✅ Be a South African citizen
• ✅ Hold a Grade 12 certificate plus a completed tertiary qualification (undergraduate or postgraduate)
• ✅ Have no other studies or employment planned for 2026
• ✅ Not have completed a previous learnership
• ✅ Be willing to reside in Johannesburg for the full programme duration
